Currently, all main support beams in this home are visible throughout the entire house.  As the house continues to settle, the truss will continue to protrude through the sheet rock. The Ground Fault Interrupt outlets, commonly known as the GFI outlets in this home are wired incorrectly.  This wiring is extremely important to the structuring of this home because the function of these outlets is to prevent possible shock, should an electrical issue arise. It is common for new houses to settle.  What is uncommon and unacceptable is for this home to have several cracks throughout the structure.  When KB is contacted to address and correct this problem, cracks constantly arise in the same and other spaces where the repairs have taken place. Additionally, the structural issues with the foundation have caused water damage to arise around our showers.  This water damage is a constant problem, as you may imagine, and overtime will only get worse instead of better.  KB has chosen to patch the cracks instead of fixing them completely. This home has a large sink hole in the back yard, approximately 3X3 in diameter and 1 1/2 feet deep.  This sink hole is an eyesore and makes entertaining in our backyard unlikely as liability may arise for us should someone get injured.  Additionally, this sink hole creates a hazardous condition for our household pet.  He does not have the luxury of using the backyard as his personal playground.
